A Global entrepreneurial leader with more than 30 years of experience in Digital Health including Artificial Intelligence, Computer-assisted Diagnosis, Healthcare IT, Telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring, Image-guided Surgery, Digital Pathology and Radiology Imaging and Clinical Decision Support with functional expertise in Engineering, Regulatory, HR, Marketing, Strategy and General Management. Wido has driven start-ups in imaging and surgery, but also filled senior executive roles in Philips, Danaher and Siemens. It is the mix of large and small company experience and activities at strategic attach surfaces as well as deep content involvement that forms his unique perspective. Wido Menhardt holds a PhD in Computer Science and Artifical Intelligence from Hamburg University, an MSc in Physics from the Technical University of Vienna, and his continued education includes Marketing Management from Stanford University, Negotiation Strategies from Insead, Senior Certification from the Society of Human Resource Management, and Yoga Instructor from Akshar Academy.

Inspired by personal encounters with loved ones navigating serious medical conditions, Amar envisioned a platform to illuminate the path forward amidst uncertainty. With a career spanning Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Philips, and Danaher, Amar has spearheaded large-scale product development initiatives, from conception to execution. Notably, he established and expanded Danaher's technology center, overseeing 800 engineers delivering cutting-edge solutions for Diagnostics and Life Sciences. Amar's leadership reflects a profound understanding of healthcare dynamics and a global perspective cultivated through experiences across Bangalore, Miami, San Diego, and Toronto. His commitment to cultural diversity drives CureCompass' mission to empower patients worldwide.

Captain Dayalu Arasappa brings over four decades of distinguished leadership experience in operational management across diverse industries. With expertise in project management, facilities management, security, and administration, he has consistently delivered success in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. Holding leadership roles in renowned organizations such as Beckman Coulter, Philips, and TESCO, he is recognized for his ability to execute projects on time and within budget while fostering safe and productive work environments. His commitment to operational excellence and proven track record make him a valuable asset. With a background spanning IT/ITES, construction, real estate, and the Indian Army, Captain Dayalu brings a wealth of expertise to CureCompass. Being local to Bangalore, he possesses a robust network within corporates and the healthcare industry, positioning him perfectly to lead CureCompass operations toward achieving its mission of providing unparalleled services to patients.
